This month is full of exciting activities! In June, we will not be bored; that’s for sure!
First, the Gourmand Spring – Spring Rose in the Cantons de l’Est continues until June 21: Suggested intensive activities and discovery of rosé wines in the vineyards and restaurants on weekends!
Another idea that may appeal to some of you, every first Friday of each month (June 3). Some trucks (47) are offering world cuisine at the Olympic Park on the Esplanade Financière Sun Life from 4 pm to 11 pm. Free entry and this is an opportunity to spend a nice evening out to discover good music bands! And do not worry, a refreshment bar is present on site offering wines and beers on the side of your meal.
On June 4 and 5, held the Clé des champs of Dunham, it will be the 18th anniversary of the Terroir feast! Come celebrate! More than 85 craftsmen await you.
Another interesting event in which to participate, it is not wine but beer; for those of us who also enjoy beer especially those of our local microbreweries! To add to your calendar without hesitation: the World Beer Festival will be held from June 8 to 12 at the Montreal Convention Center.
From June 12 to 14, Sherbrooke t’en bouche un coin is a Gastronomical event. It’s an opportunity to taste the food of the best cooks from the region! Don’t miss it:-)
Important information to note from June 23 the wine route Brome-Missisquoi opens 7 days a week.
On June 24, it is the National Holiday of Quebec. Many events will be celebrated, visit the cantons de l’est website for some ideas!
I discovered something that will definitely please you: the peasant Circuit. This route offers 194 kilometers of signposted paths that will lead you through the most beautiful countryside and bucolic landscapes of the Montérégie to discover unique products. You will find along your route vineyards, cider houses, cheese, meats, honey and mead, breeding farms, and lavender production. In short, the products of the Quebec terroir! A good outing for the weekend with family and friends!
A busy month!
I wish you a good month of June,
