Did you also know that the Niagara Falls are falling on a limestone cliff, which means that there are calcareous soils in this Canadian province of Ontario?
This week, we’re traveling to Burgundy*, France. This region is located between Paris and Lyon in the center east of France, not far from Switzerland.
