Music & Wine for September ’15

Yes, I know it’s been so long since I had a glass of you…

I’m comin’ home now, right away!

Bye Bye Quebec! Hello Burgundy, I’m back!

Did you ever have a glass of this Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits “Le Corton”?

This wine is made with organic grapes from one of the best terroir worldwide: Côte de Nuits.

Located in North Burgundy between Dijon and Beaune, this area is very famous for its red wines.

Pinot Noir is king there. This grape makes fantastic, complex and unique wines.

This wine is made by a passionate winemaker called Vincent Legou. Vincent works in respect of nature and I have to tell you that I love its wines! Can’t wait to have a glass of this Corton…

Deep and Intense colour, this wine is pushing you into a black sherry and violet flavours world. It has great concentration and persistence in the mouth.

Enjoy it with a roasted prime rib or with this delicious smelly cheese from the same region: Epoisses!
